Setup Guide

Connected in under 5 minutes. No accountant, no engineer required.

Klayim is designed for founders who are their own operator. Every connection is guided, secure, and optional.

Connecting Banks

  1. 1

Go to Settings → Integrations → Banking

Available connections: Plaid (US/Canada), Nordigen/GoCardless (EU, UK — including Rabobank), and Mercury API for your USD business account.

  2. 2

Authenticate via your bank's secure login

You will be redirected to your bank's official login page. Klayim never sees or stores your banking credentials — only the read-only transaction feed. OAuth 2.0 throughout.

  3. 3

    Select which accounts to include

Choose personal accounts (Tab 1), business accounts (Tab 2), or both. You can add up to 3 accounts — including one manual entry for accounts without API access.

  4. 4

    Klayim syncs, categorizes, and surfaces

Transactions are auto-categorized by merchant type and tagged as personal or business. Family expenses (school, childcare, groceries) get their own category. Everything surfaces in your calendar-first view.

Connecting Tasks

  1. 1

Go to Settings → Integrations → Tasks

Connect Linear, Notion databases, Asana, or ClickUp. You can connect multiple tools simultaneously — they all appear in one unified Workflow kanban.

  2. 2

Authorize via OAuth — takes 30 seconds

Klayim requests read access to your task lists and project boards. No write access is required unless you want Klayim to update task status when a meeting outcome is logged.

  3. 3

Your tasks appear alongside your calendar

Tasks from all connected tools appear in the Workflow tab as a unified kanban: Backlog, In Progress, Done. Due dates create calendar blocks automatically so tasks have a home on your week.

  4. 4

Why this matters: time has context

When your tasks live inside your calendar, you can see the relationship between meeting time and execution time. A week with 10 hrs of meetings and 4 tasks completed tells a different story than 2 hrs of meetings and 18 tasks shipped.

Early feedback

What early users are saying

5.0/5

"Running a family and an agency felt like chaos until I had everything in one place. My personal finances, business cashflow, and work calendar — Klayim made me feel like I'm actually in control."

Sophie L.

Agency founder, mom of 2 · London

5.0/5

"I finally understand what my calendar actually costs. In my first week, Klayim flagged a recurring Wednesday call that was burning $800/month in team time with zero measurable outcome. We cancelled it."

Marco R.

Founder, B2B SaaS · Amsterdam

5.0/5

"The $97 price was a no-brainer. I calculated that the first meeting I cancelled using Klayim's ROI data saved me more than the cost of the tool. It paid for itself in 48 hours."

Jonas K.

Operator · Berlin

Meetings were happening by default. The outcome didn't justify the time — but no one had a way to see that clearly.

I built Klayim from a specific frustration. As an operations manager at three venture-backed startups, I watched organizations lose thousands of hours a month in meetings no one could justify. I sat in those meetings. I scheduled them. And as a mom of three, time was already my scarcest resource.

There was no tool that measured what a meeting cost, what it was supposed to deliver, and whether it actually did. There was no place that connected personal finances, business finances, and weekly workflow in one governed view — especially not for family entrepreneurs running multiple things at once.

Klayim is that tool. Built by someone who needed it, for people who need it.
