1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a Klayim account or using the Klayim platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Klayim.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Klayim. Please read them carefully.

2. What Klayim is

Klayim is a read-only clarity platform. It connects to your financial accounts, calendar, and workflow tools, calculates the cost of your decisions in money and time, and helps you decide what to act on first.

Klayim never moves money and never executes transactions on your behalf. It reads your data to give you insight — nothing more.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Klayim. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Payment and refunds

Klayim is offered as a one-time purchase for lifetime access at the price shown at checkout. There are no subscriptions, renewals, or recurring charges, and existing users are not subject to future price increases.

If Klayim is not right for you, you can request a refund and we will process it, no questions asked, as described on our pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Klayim only for lawful purposes and only for accounts and data you are authorised to access.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, access it through automated means beyond the intended product features, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

6. Connected accounts

When you connect a bank, investment, calendar, or workflow account, you grant Klayim read-only permission to retrieve the data needed to provide the service. You can disconnect any account at any time.

Connections are provided through trusted, encrypted integrations. Your credentials are never stored in plain text.

7. Intellectual property

Klayim and its software, design, and content are owned by Klayim and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

We may use aggregated, de-identified information to improve the product.

8. Disclaimers

Klayim provides information and analysis to support your decisions. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klayim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Klayim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know. Continued use of Klayim after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
