We aim to reply to every message within one business day. Urgent account or security issues are prioritised.

Account and billing

Klayim is a one-time purchase for lifetime access — no subscriptions and no recurring charges. For receipts, refunds, or access questions, email us and include the address you purchased with.

Refunds are available on request, no questions asked.

Security and your data

Klayim connects to your accounts on a read-only basis, never moves money, and protects your data with bank-grade encryption. If you have a security concern, email support@klayim.com and we will respond quickly.

You can disconnect any account or request deletion of your data at any time.

Feature requests

Klayim gets better every week, and a lot of that comes from users. If there is something you wish it did, tell us — we read every request.
